Alt Photo

I’m pleased to introduce Alt Photo, our first photography app for the iPhone. Alt Photo puts some of our well researched film looks into a fast and easy to use mobile tool.

Alt Photo was designed for quick shooting on the go. We focused on speed and simplicity rather than the precise control of our desktop products.

You can see some screen shots on the Alt Photo web page or head to the iPhone app store to get it now. Below are a few examples made with Alt Photo.

If you want to help spread the word then please follow Alt Photo on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Thanks!

    1 – What about Android
2 – Are these only presets or could we theoretically import or recreate saved presets from programs like “Exposure”?

As of right now, we do not have any plans for an Android version. To answer your second question, importing settings from Exposure is not possible at this time, but that is an excellent idea. I cannot make any guarantees about the addition of that feature, but I will make sure the developers know about your request.

Too bad about no Android version. What’s the thinking for that — that Android users won’t spend a buck for your app?

    • Robert October 26, 2012 at 8:41 am

No Chris, not at all. We just have more experience with iOS. If it does well, we may do an Android version.

why no android version? Your realise that android is outselling iOS?

    • Robert July 8, 2013 at 3:47 pm

Right now, we have no plans to update Alt-Photo. If we do, I will make sure to bring up an Android version to the developers.
