Snap Art Paintings from Karen Messick

About a year ago we were contacted by Karen Messick. She is a big fan of Snap Art (version 2 at the time) and sent us some beautiful work that she created using our software. We are happy to see how customers use our software and so we saved the images. Last month, as I was looking around for example images for the release of Snap Art 3, I came across her images and thought they had a beauty and simplicity that was perfect for showing off the brush strokes of Snap Art 3. The image below was one of these examples that shows up on our rotating banner on the homepage.

She recently posted a few more examples using Snap Art 3 on her blog that I wanted to share with you. I also recommend checking out herĀ blog on iPhone photography.

Karen is a freelance photographer and educator from Baltimore. She teaches intro to digital photography at Johns Hopkins University in the Odyssey Program. She also conducts workshops and is currently an instructor for Penn Camera in the Baltimore/Washington area. She has had photography articles published in Nature Photographer Magazine and iPhoneLife magazine.
