Comments are on!

I turned comments on. It’s boring listening to just Jimmy and me talk! Please follow these guidelines. If you don’t, your comment either won’t make it through moderation or will be deleted.

  • Keep it civil.
  • Don’t post a link unless you are saying more than a generic little message like “nice post”. The link should be related to the post.
  • We have great product support, but not in blog comments. Click the support link at the top of this page for help with our products.

I enjoy hearing what you think of our blog! Feel free to comment on the posts already in the blog. I’ll be watching them all.

I have Snap Art and it seems like every 3rd or 4th time I try to use it I get a message saying that something is missing and to reinstall. I reinstall and it works just fine for 3 or 4 more times – then I have to do it again.
    Any good solution to this?
Thanks and love your software – hoping to get Bokeh soon.
