We get a lot of questions about how strict our system requirements are. The requirements mark out the territory where we do insanely thorough testing and are committed to hunting down and squashing every bug. We are able to provide high quality by limiting the systems we test with.
In reality our products often work on older systems. We just can’t guarantee it. If you want to find out then simply give it a try. All our products can be run in trial mode.
Even if your system is not supported, you can get a refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you use an unsupported system then use the software a bunch during the first 30 days.
If you use one of our products on an unsupported system then you can still get some tech support. We are happy to help you with most issues, but if the problem is related to the unsupported system then we will tell you that it is not fixable.
