Getting Started Part 1: Launching Eye Candy

Eye Candy's filters are organized into two groups: the Text & Selection group and the Textures group. They can be accessed either through the Photoshop CS4 panel or through the Filter menu for users of all other hosts. Whichever method you use, the full functionality of Eye Candy is available to you.

Eye Candy's Photoshop CS4 panel is an easy way to access all Eye Candy filters. Each group of filters can be found in its own tab. Each filter in the group is represented by an icon and the filter can be started by clicking on the icon. If you hover the mouse pointer over the icon, the name of the filter will appear.

Using the Filter Menu

Eye Candy's filters can be found under the Filter menu under the groups called:

Alien Skin Eye Candy 6 Text & Selection
Alien Skin Eye Candy 6 Textures
