depth of fieldBokeh provides creative controls to accentuate photographs and focus the viewer’s attention anywhere you want. In the images below, Bokeh was used to make the backgrounds fade into the distance. This is like going from an f/22 aperture to an f/2.8. However, Bokeh is even better at this than a real lens because you can choose which objects to blur. For instance, in the bird photo below, we chose to only blur parts of the fence. To manipulate depth-of-field, you first need to make a careful selection around your foreground object before running Bokeh. Bokeh can accurately blur the background, but the detailed selection is up to you. (rollover images to view original versions)
