I see a lot of landscapes shot with infrared-sensitive film. Occasionally, I see some psychedelic portraiture. But I don’t see either one very often.
Each Year the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Foundation holds a fundraiser called the Charity Model Search to select North America’s Cutest Kid. The fundraiser is beneficial to both the participating photographers as well as the foundation itself. If you were looking for a good cause to connect with, consider this one. We donated software to the organization.
Who ever said that surfing the internet doesn’t pay off? Recently I came across some great photos that I have to share. The photographer, Peter Nguyen, used Exposure; but that’s beside the point. Tape your eyeballs in, they may pop-out when you see his work.

I ran across some photos in our Flickr group that I really like from Shabnam – Morningdew Photography. I was the second person to describe them as ethereal.
www.merlinjohnonline.co.cc Hugh John dazzled us with back-to-back reviews of Bokeh and Exposure. For us, it’s nice to hear reviewers talk about these plug-ins like we do. I assume that my view is biased, but Hugh seems like a fan too.
Jimmy I recently had the pleasure of getting to know Hernan Rodriguez, a commercial and portrait photographer who’s won more awards than you can shake a stick at. As it turns out, he’s a down-to-earth guy that really knows his way around cameras, Photoshop, and just about everything else related to photography. I asked Hernan to tell our readers a little bit about himself. That led to him sharing his entire process in a typical photo shoot from design conception to final image. The rest of this article is all from Hernan. Enjoy! Hernan The most challenging thing for me to do is to talk about myself, but how else would I be able to share what photography has fulfilled in my life?
Here is a good use of Bokeh that I noticed in our Flickr group. My definition of good is that I didn’t realize any processing had been done until I read the notes.
